mastery tools to shift from patterns into presence
Reclaiming You:
Here you are . . .
having accepted the invitation to move through life with authenticity, power and peace.
“Do you ever find yourself over-accommodating, reading the room instead of feeling yourself, or looping in old emotional patterns — even after years of personal growth?”
What if a wise and centered YOU could lead the way?
We all have the capacity to develop a wise, inner self -
who can hold the WHOLE, not just the part
who can see truth clearly
who is centered in her own experience
who says, “I’m a work-in progress. And is this is me!”
who tends to the “we” without dropping her “me”
Come sit in circle, in the fire of transformation of the self, our only true place of flowing, knowing and growing.
Live from your true self
Feel more free
Hear your inner-knowing
An authentic and powerful
you awaits.
5 spots left in the next cohort - starting November 2025
“Before this group, I felt stuck in self-doubt and unable to show up as my grounded self in relationships. In group, I’ve uncovered old patterns keeping me stuck—like rushing to connect, but then closing off. This awareness is helping me receive deeper, moment-to-moment satisfaction.
The work is challenging but deeply nourishing. I feel more accepting of myself now - less holding myself to unreasonable expectations and more spaciousness to be and feel more of who I truly am in the moment."
-Maria
“I've longed for more depth in relationships, but I've always played small, feeling terrified of rejection or abandonment. Group has been a safe space for taking relational risks, and month by month, I find myself gaining the courage to take small risks in my relationships outside of group. Sometimes, these risks have deepened my relationships; other times, they have not. Every time, though, I showed up as my authentic self, and that has been freeing and deeply satisfying.”
-Kelly

Humans need structure to feel safe and secure.
This group runs with clear boundaries and intentional group norms.
The flow of the group includes:
Learning and applying distinctions and tools
Primary from secondary (defensive) emotions
Working in the present moment, rather than generalizations
Looking at what’s real, rather than expecting an ideal
Connecting with each other
We do this through the structure of Reflecting and Joining after each group member shares
Flow of group makes space for:
learning new frames
exploring
getting “joined”
learning about self and others
subgrouping
undoing anxiety
Claim your authentic self
See and be seen with compassion by group members
Accept ourselves and others, leading to more authenticity
The more “me” we are, the more we feel our power
Knowing ourselves leads to seeing TRUTH
We step into relationships with care and confidence
Structure
My goals for YOU in this group include:
Learn to feel and contain your primary emotions.
Loosen the grip of perfectionism.
Strengthen your pathways out of suffering.
See and claim truth.
Apply these tools to every relationship in your life.
Bring forth more of who you truly are.
Goals
What group members are saying:
Why Group Work?
Relational healing happens relationally.
We actually need each other; we are born dependent on others for emotional needs, and we truly never grow out of that dependency.
So how do we balance our emotional needs with the context we are in (that might not be able to meet those needs?)
Inside of the group, we learn:
balance “me” and “we”
to risk to be seen
how to help others feel our care
what do to with our projections
and how to claim truth
Tool for your life:
More space within to be and feel your authentic self
Distinguish between “my stuff” and “their stuff.”
Feel at choice in hard moments
Explore how to maintain personal boundaries.
Learn how to feel angry, sad, and joyful.
Our messy, beautiful human design includes:
primary emotions
defenses
dependency on each other
desire, especially for safety, alignment, pleasure and freedom
meaning-making minds
limited ability to “know”
The truth is - it’s what we don’t know yet that changes us.
If we can lean into the truly temporary nature of discomfort, possibilities and choices abound.
We are built for this:
No one works alone.
There is so much power in the group setting.
We get to be seen.
We see ourselves in others.
We get to see NEW parts of ourselves as we relate to others.
There are often ways we have learned to be there for each other, and yet we struggle to give ourselves those same gifts.
Do you struggle to give yourself the same compassion you might give a friend?
Do you hold yourself to higher standards than you hold others to?
Does it feel to risky to depend on others?
The structure of this group guides each group member to meet these edges of their usual patterns and find choice.
